The invention relates to a semispherical bearing structure at the bottom of a microgravity test cabin and a preparation method, the bearing structure comprises a large composite material bearing part, and the large composite material bearing part comprises a shell structure and a rib box type combined structure arranged on the bottom surface of the shell structure; the shell structure comprises a supporting leg structure and a conical surface shell arranged downwards from the middle of the shell structure, the rib box type combined structure is composed of a plurality of modularized rib box type units, and each rib box type unit is of an open box type structure; and the plurality of rib box-shaped units are annularly arranged at the bottom of the shell structure around the conical surface shell and are provided with outward openings, so that the whole formed rib box-shaped combined structure is arranged on the conical surface shell in a sleeving manner. The rib box type units are independently formed and then assembled into a rib box type combined structure, and the rib box type combined structure and the shell structure are co-cured and integrally formed.

    本发明涉及一种微重力试验舱底部半球形承载结构及制备方法,所述承载结构包括大型复合材料承载件,所述大型复合材料承载件包括外壳结构以及设置在外壳结构底面的筋条盒型组合结构;所述外壳结构包括支脚结构和从外壳结构中间部位向下设置的锥面壳体,所述筋条盒型组合结构由若干个模块化的筋条盒型单元组成,所述筋条盒型单元为敞口盒型结构;所述若干个筋条盒型单元在外壳结构底部围绕锥面壳体且敞口向外的环向设置,使组成的筋条盒型组合结构整体呈套设在锥面壳体上。所述筋条盒型单元单独成型,然后组装成筋条盒型组合结构与外壳结构共固化一体成型。
