The invention discloses a ship dirty bottom state judgment method, which comprises the following steps of: establishing a ship navigation and environment data acquisition, storage and processing system, and screening out abnormal data. And selecting the navigational speed loss value of the ship in the actual operation state relative to the ship body cleaning state under the same host power as a quantitative evaluation object of the pollution bottom degree, and completing the calculation of the navigational speed loss value in the whole to-be-evaluated period. And carrying out regression statistics and trend analysis on the calculated navigational speed loss values in the whole to-be-evaluated period, and taking the ratio of the navigational speed loss value corresponding to each moment in a trend line to a preset navigational speed loss value to be docked and cleaned as a judgment condition of the ship sewage bottom degree. According to the ship pollution bottom state judgment method established by the invention, the pollution bottom degree of the ship can be quantitatively represented without additional software and hardware investment, and manpower and material resources are effectively saved. The influence of irrelevant environmental conditions on the evaluation result is effectively eliminated, and the operation convenience is taken into account while the calculation efficiency is ensured.

    一种船舶污底状态的判断方法,建立船舶航行及环境数据采集、存储及处理体系,筛除异常数据。选取在相同主机功率下船舶处于实际营运状态相较于清洁船体状态下的航速损失值作为污底程度的定量评估对象,完成整个待评估周期内的航速损失值计算。对计算得到的整个待评估周期内的航速损失值进行回归统计和趋势分析,以趋势线中各时刻对应的航速损失值相对于预设待进坞清污航速损失值的比值,作为船舶污底程度的判断条件。本发明建立的船舶污底状态判断方法无需额外的软硬件投入即可实现定量表征船舶的污底程度,有效节约人力物力。有效消除了无关环境条件对于评估结果的影响,在保证计算效率的同时,兼顾了操作便捷性。
