The invention discloses a vehicle stability control system and method for single-wheel braking failure of a brake-by-wire automobile, and the method comprises the steps: calculating the surplus braking force of each normal wheel when the single-wheel braking failure occurs, and judging the braking condition according to whether the surplus braking force of three wheels can compensate the lost braking force of the failed wheel or not; according to the severe braking working condition, the needed front wheel rotation angle is calculated; the current braking force is solved based on the front wheel rotation angle, the vertical load of each wheel, the road adhesion coefficient and the like, and braking is executed; the remaining three-wheel braking force is redistributed according to the vertical load change of each wheel and the road adhesion coefficient, and in combination with steering-by-wire integrated control, the transverse stability of the vehicle during braking is guaranteed while the expected deceleration and braking performance of a driver are met.
本发明公开了面向线控制动汽车单轮制动失效的车辆稳定性控制系统及方法,在单轮制动失效时,计算各正常轮的富余制动力,根据三轮富余制动力能否补偿失效轮损失制动力,对制动工况进行判断;针对重度制动工况,计算所需前轮转角角度;基于前轮转角、各轮垂直载荷及路面附着系数等求解当前制动力并执行制动;本发明根据各轮垂直载荷变化和路面附着系数重新分配剩余三轮制动力,结合线控转向集成控制,在满足驾驶员的期望减速度以及制动性能的同时,又保障制动时车辆的横向稳定性。
