The invention relates to the technical field of conductive films, in particular to a high-temperature-resistant transparent conductive film for a vehicle-mounted skylight and a preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant transparent conductive film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: compounding the PI layer, the PET layer and the COP layer to prepare the flexible material layer, and cutting the flexible material layer into a required size; putting the flexible material layer into vacuum magnetron sputtering equipment, and sequentially depositing a first niobium pentoxide layer, a first silicon dioxide layer, a second niobium pentoxide layer and a second silicon dioxide layer to form a reflecting layer; continuously depositing an indium tin oxide thin film on the other side of the reflecting layer in the vacuum magnetron sputtering equipment to form a conductive layer; connecting two ends of the conductive layer with wires respectively; and bonding the high-temperature-resistant transparent conductive film for the vehicle-mounted skylight with skylight glass. According to the high-temperature-resistant transparent conductive film for the vehicle-mounted skylight and the preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant transparent conductive film, the advantages of high temperature resistance, high light transmittance and high heat insulation performance can be met at the same time, and the high-temperature-resistant transparent conductive film has important practical value and market prospects.

    本发明涉及导电薄膜技术领域,尤其为一种车载天窗用耐高温透明导电薄膜及其制备方法,导电薄膜包括柔性材料层、反射层和导电层;其制备方法包括:将PI层、PET层和COP层复合制成柔性材料层,切割成所需的尺寸;将柔性材料层放入真空磁控溅射设备中,依次沉积第一五氧化二铌层、第一二氧化硅层、第二五氧化二铌层和第二二氧化硅层,形成反射层;将反射层另一侧继续在真空磁控溅射设备中沉积氧化铟锡薄膜,形成导电层;将导电层的两端分别连接导线;将车载天窗用耐高温透明导电薄膜与天窗玻璃粘合。本发明所述的一种车载天窗用耐高温透明导电薄膜及其制备方法,能同时满足耐高温、高透光性、高隔热性的优点,具有重要的实用价值和市场前景。
