The invention relates to the technical field of automobile charging guns, in particular to a charging and discharging circuit and method of an automobile charging and discharging gun, a PCB and the charging and discharging gun. The circuit comprises: a photovoltaic module; the energy conversion module is used for converting the direct-current electric energy output by the photovoltaic module into steamed bun wave voltage with a sine rule; the direct current-alternating current conversion module is used for switching the steamed bun wave voltage with the sine rule output by the energy conversion module to an output port according to a power frequency rule; the external discharge V2L interface is used for supplying the output voltage of the direct current-alternating current conversion module to an external electric load; the vehicle-mounted OBC is used for supplying power to an automobile battery by using the output voltage of the direct current-alternating current conversion module and providing a V2L external discharge function for the external discharge V2L interface; and the processing module is used for controlling the conduction of the energy conversion module and the DC-AC conversion module, and controlling the switching of the charging and discharging modes of the OBC according to the output voltage of the photovoltaic module. The battery life of the automobile battery can be prolonged, and the energy utilization rate is improved.
