The invention discloses an acoustic emission test device and test method for cavitation visualization and state recognition of a water jet propulsion pump, and the method comprises the steps: multi-medium optical path calculation, computer finite element, acoustic emission signal propagation mechanism, acoustic emission signal change rule in the cavitation process, and conventional housing material and organic glass sound wave transmission characteristic analysis. The form and the size of the outer surface of the organic glass shell are optimized, the cavitation observation distortion degree is effectively reduced, installation deformation is overcome, and meanwhile the weight of the shell is greatly reduced; an integrated full-transparent shell is optimally designed, and the axial visualization degree in the pump is increased; a cavitation acoustic emission signal acquisition device is optimally designed, and lossless and multi-source collection of acoustic emission signals is realized by adopting a method of arranging guided wave rods at multiple monitoring points; the acoustic emission sensor installation method, the cavitation acoustic emission signal sampling method and the feature extraction method are provided, and a reliable and effective basic test device and a rapid and easy-to-operate test method are provided for water jet propulsion pump cavitation state recognition research based on the acoustic emission technology.

    本发明公开了一种用于喷水推进泵空化可视化及状态识别的声发射试验装置及试验方法,通过多介质光学路径计算、计算机有限元、声发射信号传播机理、空化过程中声发射信号变化规律、常规壳体材料与有机玻璃声波传递特性分析,优化有机玻璃壳体外表面形式与尺寸,有效降低空化观测畸变程度,克服安装变形同时大幅减少壳体重量;优化设计一体化全透明壳体,加大泵内轴向可视化程度;优化设计空化声发射信号采集装置,采用多监测点布置导波杆方法,实现声发射信号的无损、多源收集;提出声发射传感器安装、空化声发射信号采样及特征提取方法,为基于声发射技术的喷水推进泵空化状态识别研究,提供了可靠有效的基础性试验装置及快速且易操作的试验方法。
