    本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体为一种电动车桥总成,包括差速器本体以及车桥横梁,车桥横梁内有驱动轴和固定套,驱动轴上有轮毂轴承,轮毂轴承上有制动鼓,车桥横梁上有刹车气缸,刹车气缸的输出端有滑尺,固定套上有刹车导柱,滑尺外侧有连杆,连杆转动连接有刹车片组,刹车片组上有导孔。本发明通过刹车气缸传动滑尺滑动,滑尺传动连杆转动,连杆转动的过程中推动刹车片组在刹车导柱上滑动,刹车片组与制动鼓的内侧接触摩擦,简单的机械传动可以延长电动车桥的使用寿命,实现了使轮毂轴承制动的目的,不需要经常补充油液,进而降低了汽车的保养频率,从而大大降低了电动汽车的用车成本。
