The three-stage oil cylinder for controlling the sequential extension and retraction of the multi-section arms of the crane comprises a pressure oil tank, the pressure oil tank is connected with an oil pump for extracting pressure oil, a stop valve for controlling the flow speed of the pressure oil is arranged between the pressure oil tank and the oil pump, the other end of the oil pump is connected with a reversing valve, and the end of the reversing valve is connected with a rod cavity pipeline and a rodless cavity pipeline. The other end of the rod cavity pipeline and the other end of the rodless cavity pipeline are connected with a first-stage oil cylinder, and the lower portion of the first-stage oil cylinder is connected with a second-stage oil cylinder and a third-stage oil cylinder in a stepped mode. Compared with the prior art, the sequentially telescopic three-stage oil cylinder has the advantages that the valve blocks which are integrated on the first-stage oil cylinder and the second-stage oil cylinder and are used for controlling sequential stretching and retracting are added, the automation degree is high, the sequential control is accurate, and the sequentially telescopic three-stage oil cylinder has the advantages of improving the reliability of sequential stretching of the multi-stage oil cylinder, being compact in structure, being capable of driving a plurality of sections of suspension arms, increasing the working range of the crane and the like.

    该一种用在起重机控制多节臂顺序伸缩的三级油缸,包括压力油箱,压力油箱连接有用于抽取压力有的油泵,在压力油箱与油泵之间安装有控制压力油流速的截止阀,油泵另一端连接有换向阀,换向阀端连接有杆腔管路与无杆腔管路,有杆腔管路与无杆腔管路另一端连接有一级油缸,一级油缸下方阶梯式连接有二级油缸和三级油缸,本发明通过采用机械碰撞模式控制三级油缸的顺序伸缩,此结构取消了很多液压电器元件,取而代之的是集成在一、二级油缸上控制顺序伸、缩的阀块增加,自动化程度高,顺序控制精确,此种顺序伸缩三级油缸有提升多级油缸顺序伸缩的可靠性、结构紧凑、可带动多节吊臂,增加起重机的工作幅度等优点。
