The invention discloses a wheel and track fault diagnosis method and system and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of railway transportation safety. The method comprises the following steps: S1, a vehicle group axle box measuring point data acquisition stage; s2, a vehicle-mounted data validity identification stage; s3, a vehicle-mounted tread fault diagnosis stage; s4, a data storage and transmission stage; and S5, a wheel fault and track fault fusion diagnosis stage. A wheel and a track are considered as a coupling system, when track faults are calculated, point positions with frequent tread impact are eliminated, and then vibration strength expressions of all other measuring points in different kilometer post track intervals are fused, so that track fault diagnosis is carried out. When the wheel fault is calculated, the vibration intensity and fault feature performance of the same axle box measuring point in other station intervals are checked after the rail fault interval is eliminated, and the wheel diagnosis result and the rail fault diagnosis result are fused. And wheel fault misdiagnosis caused by rail welding seam impact, rail faults and other external reasons is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种车轮和轨道故障诊断方法、系统及存储介质,属于铁路运输安全技术领域。所述方法包括S1:车辆群轴箱测点数据采集阶段;S2:车载数据有效性识别阶段;S3:车载踏面故障诊断阶段;S4:数据存储和传输阶段;S5:车轮故障和轨道故障融合诊断阶段。将车轮和轨道作为一个耦合系统进行考虑,在计算轨道故障时排除存在频繁踏面冲击的点位后融合其他所有测点在不同公里标轨道区间的振动强度表现,进行轨道故障诊断。在计算车轮故障时,通过排除轨道故障区间后查看同一个轴箱测点在其他站点区间的振动强度和故障特征表现,对车轮诊断结果和轨道故障诊断结果进行融合。避免因轨道焊接缝冲击、轨道故障等其他外在原因导致的车轮故障误诊断。
