The invention discloses a prefabricated wallboard hoisting device and a hoisting method thereof. The prefabricated wallboard hoisting device comprises a base; the steering mechanism is connected to the base in a lifting manner through a lifting device and comprises a rotating base frame, a rotating shaft, a rotating seat and a rotating device for driving the rotating shaft to rotate; the supporting mechanism comprises a first telescopic device, a telescopic rod, a supporting plate and a guide mechanism synchronously moving along with the supporting plate; and the hoisting mechanism comprises a hoisting platform, a second telescopic device for driving the hoisting platform to move on the rotating seat, and a first positioning mechanism and a second positioning mechanism which are used for positioning the prefabricated wallboard. The structural design of multi-face hoisting, supporting, guiding, hoisting mechanism linkage and mutual guiding, supporting and positioning for switching of wall top face and side face wall plate mounting faces can be achieved, so that the structure is more compact, occupied space is reduced, device shaking is reduced, and device positioning and prefabricated wall plate moving are more stable.
本发明公开了一种预制墙板吊装装置及其吊装方法,包括:基座;转向机构,通过升降装置升降连接在基座上,包括旋转基架、转轴、旋转座以及驱动转轴旋转的旋转装置;支撑机构,包括第一伸缩装置、伸缩杆、支撑板以及随支撑板同步移动的导向机构;吊装机构,包括吊装平台、驱动吊装平台在旋转座上移动的第二伸缩装置以及用于预制墙板定位的第一定位机构和第二定位机构。本发明可以实现对墙体顶面、侧面墙板安装面进行切换的多面吊装,支撑、导向、吊装机构联动、相互导向支撑定位的结构设计,使得结构更加紧密,空间占用降低,装置晃动减小,装置定位、预制墙板移动更加稳定。
