The first piston is arranged in the first hydraulic cavity, the lower end of the first piston is connected to the first hydraulic cavity in a sliding mode, the reset piece is arranged in the first hydraulic cavity, the upper end of the reset piece abuts against the first piston, the lower end of the reset piece abuts against the inner wall of the first hydraulic cavity, and the rebound load device comprises a second piston which is connected to the second hydraulic cavity in a sliding mode. The rebound load device can drive the second piston to move, and the second piston is matched with the reset piece to push the first piston to reset.
