The tailstock is connected with the chain through the towing hook swinging around the towing hook rotating shaft to lift the roller coaster, and the tailstock is disconnected with the chain through the towing hook swinging around the towing hook rotating shaft to release the roller coaster; the permanent magnets are respectively arranged on the pair of base supporting plates; and the conductor is arranged on the traction hook. The traction hook is decelerated by adopting a permanent magnet eddy current technology, and the braking process is soft and stable.
