The invention discloses a 3D city insight and push method and device for a two-wheeled vehicle battery swap station and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: collecting operation data and Internet of Things data of the two-wheeled vehicle battery swap station; analyzing and calculating the data to obtain operation characteristic data of the battery swap station, and reflecting problem characteristics of the battery swap station according to the operation characteristic data; through 3D city model display of the operation characteristic data and the problem state of the battery swap station, the operation condition, the problem distribution and the influence range of each battery swap station point are obtained in a visual mode; carrying out feature extraction according to the operation feature data of the battery swap station and the reflected problem, carrying out risk score calculation on each station, and determining a priority order of risk stations according to the obtained risk scores; and according to the priority sequence of the stations, sending an early warning notice for processing related station problems to a corresponding station principal. The system has the functions of real-time insight, risk early warning, intelligent sorting and instant pushing for the battery replacement station, and the operation management level and decision-making ability of the station are improved.
