The invention relates to a robot row-crossing device, the robot row-crossing device is used for a floating type photovoltaic panel, the floating type photovoltaic panel comprises a photovoltaic panel body and a reinforcing frame arranged around the photovoltaic panel body, the robot row-crossing device comprises a row-crossing structure, the row-crossing structure comprises a row-crossing main body and a mounting frame, and the mounting frame is used for mounting the row-crossing main body; the mounting frame is arranged on the periphery of the striding main body in a surrounding mode, the mounting frame is provided with a first edge part and a second edge part which are oppositely arranged, the first edge part and the second edge part are used for being connected with the adjacent reinforcing frames respectively, and the striding main body comprises a plurality of parallel wavy strips; the multiple wavy strips are arranged at intervals in the direction of the connecting line of the first edge part and the second edge part, and the wavy strips are fixed to the mounting frame. The robot crossing device provided by the invention can smoothly cross between adjacent assemblies.
