The invention relates to a configurable automatic control method and system for charging and battery swap of a heavy truck, and belongs to the technical field of battery charging and battery swap. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, creating a self-control table, a self-control information table, a precondition information table, an operation table, a step table, a step information table and a target state information table, then obtaining a self-control type from the self-control table, and obtaining a self-control process execution step sequence and commissioning and retreating from the self-control information table according to the self-control type; and judging whether the conditions related to the steps in the precondition information table are met or not according to the obtained execution step sequence. If preconditions in the precondition information table are met, the steps are executed according to the operation table, the step table and the step information table, if a target state sequence exists in the target state information table in each operation step, whether the target state sequence meets the conditions or not is judged firstly, and if the conditions are met, execution of the steps is completed. The problems that the operation and maintenance efficiency is not high and the operation and maintenance cost is increased are solved.

    本发明涉及一种重卡充换电可配置自动控制方法及系统,属于电池充换电技术领域。本发明首先创建自控表、自控信息表、前提条件信息表、操作表、步骤表、步骤信息表和目标状态信息表,然后从自控表中获取自控类型,根据自控类型从自控信息表中获取自控流程执行步骤顺序及投退,根据获取的执行步骤顺序判断前提条件信息表中与步骤相关条件是否满足。如果前提条件信息表中的前提条件满足,则根据操作表、步骤表和步骤信息表执行步骤,各操作步骤如果在目标状态信息表中有目标状态序列,则先判断目标状态序列是否满足条件,如果满足条件,则表示该步骤执行完成。本发明解决了运维效率不高、运维成本增大的问题。
