The invention discloses a pneumatic ejection device and an assembly method thereof. The pneumatic ejection device comprises a bottom frame; the transmitting assembly comprises a bundling frame and a plurality of transmitting cylinders arranged on the bundling frame, the transmitting cylinders are arranged on the bundling frame in an array mode, and the bundling frame is fixedly arranged on the bottom frame; and the first gas path system comprises a first gas storage tank arranged at one end of the bundling frame, the launching valves are located at the positions corresponding to the launching barrels respectively and connected with the corresponding launching barrels, and the launching valves are configured to be capable of controlling the first gas storage tank to provide gas needed by pneumatic ejection for the corresponding launching barrels. According to the device, the launching cylinder and the first air storage tank are directly and rigidly connected, so that the device has better integrity, connection between the launching cylinder and the first air storage tank is simpler, unnecessary air path connection is reduced, and stability and reliability of pneumatic ejection are guaranteed.
