The invention discloses a deep sea track viscosity removal system and method with carbon dioxide refrigeration and carbon sequestration, and the system comprises a gas source supply device, a pressure regulation unit, a refrigeration cycle unit, a wireless temperature sensor, a supercritical carbon dioxide preparation unit, a jet device and a control unit. The air source supply device is connected with the refrigeration cycle unit through the relay storage tank and the pressure adjusting unit. The refrigeration cycle unit comprises a second pipeline, an expansion valve, an evaporator, a compressor and a condenser, the expansion valve, the evaporator, the compressor and the condenser are sequentially arranged on the second pipeline, the evaporator is arranged on the mining vehicle underframe, a transmission shaft of the mining vehicle penetrates through an evaporator shell, the wireless temperature sensor is arranged on the crawler belt, and the jet device jets supercritical carbon dioxide to the surface of the crawler belt. Carbon dioxide is used as a refrigerant medium for heat exchange, so that a smooth ice surface is formed on the surface of the track, seabed sediment adhesion is reduced, sludge on the track is injected by supercritical carbon dioxide and falls off, the maneuverability of tramcar running is kept, and slipping or subsidence is avoided.

    本发明公开了兼具二氧化碳制冷、碳封存的深海履带除黏系统及方法,包括气源供应设备、压力调节单元、制冷循环单元、无线温度传感器、超临界二氧化碳制备单元、射流装置及控制单元,气源供应设备通过中继存储罐、压力调节单元与制冷循环单元相连。制冷循环单元包括第二管道及依次设在第二管道上的膨胀阀、蒸发器、压缩机、冷凝器,蒸发器设在采矿车底架上,采矿车的传动轴穿过蒸发器外壳,无线温度传感器设在履带上,射流装置向履带表面冲射超临界二氧化碳。本发明利用二氧化碳作为冷媒介质进行换热,使履带表面形成光滑冰面,减少海底沉积物黏附,超临界二氧化碳对履带上的淤泥冲射并使其脱落,保持矿车行的机动性,避免打滑或沉陷。
