The hoisting device is used for hoisting a sling hoisted by a tower crane to the crown block, the inner side chain block is used for moving and hoisting the sling from the outer side of the catwalk to the position, close to the sling clamp, of the inner side of the catwalk, the first winch is used for driving the transportation crown block to move on the bearing sling, and the lifting device is used for lifting the sling transported to the sling clamp installation position.

    本发明公开了一种悬索桥销接式吊索吊运系统及安装方法,旨在解决现有技术中作业设备进出索夹安装位置下方场地极易受到地形等原因的限制,进而影响吊索安装效率的问题。为此,本发明一方面提供的悬索桥销接式吊索吊运系统,包括承重索和运输天车,运输天车上设有外侧手拉葫芦、内侧手拉葫芦以及提升装置,每个索塔的顶部设有与运输天车相连的第一卷扬机,外侧手拉葫芦位于猫道的外侧,用于将塔吊吊运的吊索吊装到天车上,内侧手拉葫芦用于把吊索从猫道外侧移吊至猫道内侧距离索夹近处,第一卷扬机用于驱动运输天车在承重索上移动,提升装置用于对已经运输到索夹安装处的吊索进行提升作业。
