    本发明涉及船舶装置技术领域,具体涉及一种复杂大型半悬挂舵系装配设计方法。本发明采用了舵系装配联合三维仿真舵系装配验证和实船设备1:1陆上台架试验验证的方法,能够有效保证复杂大型半悬挂舵系装配设计的合理性及正确性,减少舵系实船安装时的返工,节省施工周期和人力物力成本;本发明可在舵系装船之前,用较小的工程代价对设计方案进行验证,对不合理处进行修正,避免发生实船装配问题或在舵系使用时出现问题,影响船舶的建造进度和航行安全;本发明提供的设计方法不仅能够应用于数万吨级的大型船舶的舵系设计和装配中,对其它形式的舵系装配设计也有重要指导作用。
