The invention discloses an active anti-collision method for a single-pile foundation of an offshore wind turbine, and aims to provide a method which is based on active anti-collision early warning, combines the advantages of passive anti-collision and can better protect the single-pile foundation of the offshore wind turbine. Classifying and identifying the potential collision object; if the potential collision object is a non-ship, delimiting a collision limit safety area S1 in the monitoring range; and if the potential collision object enters the collision limit safety area S1, the water level height at the moment is determined, and the anti-collision device is lowered. If the potential collision object is a ship, a collision limit safety area S1, a key monitoring area S2 and a tracking identification area S3 are determined in the monitoring range, the ship track is predicted, the risk degree of collision between the ship and the fan single pile foundation is evaluated, a collision early warning threshold value is generated, and the risk degree evaluation result is compared with the collision early warning threshold value; judging whether a collision early warning threshold value is exceeded or not; and if the pre-warning threshold value is exceeded, giving an alarm to continue monitoring.

    本发明公开了一种海上风机单桩基础主动防碰撞方法,旨在提供一种基于主动防碰撞预警,同时结合了被动防碰撞的优势,能够对海上风机单桩基础起到更好的保护作用的方法。对潜在碰撞物进行分类识别:若潜在碰撞物为非船舶,则在监测范围内划定碰撞极限安全区域S1;若潜在碰撞物进入碰撞极限安全区域S1,则确定此时水位高度并下放防碰撞装置。若潜在碰撞物为船舶,则在监测范围内确定碰撞极限安全区域S1、重点监测区域S2及跟踪识别区域S3,对船舶航迹进行预测,进行船舶与风机单桩基础碰撞的危险度评估,生成碰撞预警阈值,并将危险度评估结果与碰撞预警阈值进行比较;判断是否超过碰撞预警阈值;若超过预警阈值,则发出警报继续监测。
