The invention discloses a temperature estimation and fault diagnosis method for a temperature sensor of an inflation pump of an air spring system, and relates to the technical field of chassis suspension control, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, determining a measured temperature range Ta-Tb under a current pull-up resistor; s2, establishing a thermal model of the blast pump by measuring the working temperature rise and temperature drop rate of the blast pump at different environment temperatures; S3, electrifying the controller, and detecting whether the temperature measured by the temperature sensor is within a trusted range (Ta-Tb); and S4, judging whether the temperature measured by the detection temperature sensor is within the temperature range Ta-Tb or not. According to the method, temperature estimation is accurate, fault diagnosis is accurate, panic of a driver caused by misinformation of faults is avoided, burnout of an inflation pump caused by the fact that the faults cannot be reported is also avoided, when the specification of the sensor is changed, a hardware circuit of the temperature sensor does not need to be matched and changed again, and the cost is reduced. And the cost caused by test and hardware change is reduced.

    本发明公开了空气弹簧系统打气泵温度传感器温度估算及故障诊断方法,涉及底盘悬架控制技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1、确认当前上拉电阻下,测量的温度范围Ta~Tb;S2、通过测量不同环境温度下打气泵工作的温升与温降速率建立打气泵热模型:S3、对控制器进行上电,检测温度传感器测量的温度是否在可信任范围内(Ta~Tb);S4、判断检测温度传感器测量的温度是否在温度范围Ta~Tb内。本发明利用温度估算准确,故障诊断准确,避免了误报故障造成驾驶人员的恐慌,也避免了因故障无法报出导致的打气泵烧毁,本发明当传感器规格变化时,温度传感器的硬件电路不需要重新进行匹配更改,降低了试验和硬件更改带来的成本。
