The invention discloses a construction device and a construction method for improving leakproofness of a spiral duct in a linear tunnel, the construction device is suitable for the linear tunnel, the construction device comprises a spiral duct plate rolling machine and an air duct metal plate which are installed in the linear tunnel, and a coiled material of the air duct metal plate is placed in the spiral duct plate rolling machine; a temporary rail is arranged on one side of an outlet of the spiral duct plate rolling machine, a plurality of supporting vehicles are arranged on the temporary rail, each supporting vehicle comprises a base, the bottom of each base is connected with the temporary rail through a rolling wheel with a foot brake, the top of each base is connected with a bearing arc-shaped plate through a lifting device, and the bearing arc-shaped plates are used for bearing spiral duct sections produced from the outlet. Synchronous production and transportation of the air pipes are completed by adopting the mode that continuous carrying is conducted while the spiral air pipe sections are produced in the linear tunnel, the number of air pipe section connectors is reduced to 10% of the traditional number, and the air leakage amount is reduced to about 12% of the traditional number; the construction period is only about 20% of the traditional construction period, and meanwhile material waste is saved by about 15%.

    本发明公开了一种提高直线隧道内螺旋风管严密性的施工装置及其施工方法,其中施工装置适用于直线隧道,包括安装在直线隧道内的螺旋风管卷板机和风管金属板材,风管金属板材的卷材放置到螺旋风管卷板机中,螺旋风管卷板机的出口一侧设有临时轨道,临时轨道上设有若干辆支撑车,支撑车包括底座,底座的底部通过带脚刹的滚轮连接临时轨道,底座的顶部通过升降装置连接承托弧形板,承托弧形板用于承托从出口生产的螺旋风管段。本发明通过在直线隧道内采用在生产螺旋风管段的同时进行连续搬运的方式,完成风管的同步生产和运输,风管段接口减少至传统的10%,将漏风量降低至传统的12%左右;施工工期仅为传统的20%左右,同时节约材料浪费15%左右。
