The invention provides a variable infrared emissivity thermal control intelligent thin film for a spacecraft and a preparation method of the variable infrared emissivity thermal control intelligent thin film, and belongs to the technical field of functional thin film coatings in the spaceflight field. The thermal control intelligent thin film is sequentially provided with a metal reflecting layer, a substrate layer, a phase change layer and a dielectric layer from bottom to top, when the temperature of the thermal control intelligent thin film is higher than the phase change temperature of vanadium dioxide of the phase change layer, the average emissivity of the thermal control intelligent thin film in the 8-13-micron infrared band is larger than 0.6, and the thermal control intelligent thin film is in a cooling mode; when the temperature of the thermal control intelligent thin film is lower than the phase change temperature of vanadium dioxide of the phase change layer, the average emissivity of the thermal control intelligent thin film at the infrared band of 8-13 microns is smaller than 0.3, and the thermal control intelligent thin film is in a heat preservation mode. The thermal control intelligent thin film can meet different cold and hot requirements of the sunny side and the nightside of a spacecraft so as to maintain the stability of the spacecraft in the operation process, and the problems that in a traditional structure, a phase change material is prone to being damaged under sunshine irradiation for a long time and is difficult to prepare are solved. The material is easy to prepare and long in service life, and has great application potential in the fields of spaceflight and military industry.

    本发明提供了一种航天器用可变红外发射率热控智能薄膜及其制备方法,属于航天领域功能性薄膜涂层技术领域。热控智能薄膜由下而上依次设置金属反射层、基底层、相变层和介质层,当热控智能薄膜温度高于相变层二氧化钒的相变温度时,在8~13um的红外波段的平均发射率大于0.6,处于冷却模式;当所述热控智能薄膜温度低于相变层二氧化钒的相变温度时,在8~13um的红外波段的平均发射率小于0.3,处于保温模式。本发明热控智能薄膜能应对航天器朝阳面和背阳面不同的冷热需求,以维持航天器在运行过程中的稳定,并克服了传统结构中相变材料容易长时间在阳光照射下损坏、难以制备的问题。本发明易于制备、寿命长,在航天、军工领域具有极大的应用潜力。
