The invention provides an air conditioner and battery dual-refrigeration system and a control method and device thereof. The control method comprises the following steps: determining a current priority level of a battery based on a current working mode of the battery and a battery cell temperature; acquiring the actual evaporator temperature and the actual inlet water temperature of the battery; based on the evaporator temperature deviation between the actual evaporator temperature and the target evaporator temperature and the current priority level of the battery, a first control strategy of the battery electronic expansion valve is adopted to determine the first control step number of the battery electronic expansion valve; determining a second control step number of the battery electronic expansion valve by adopting a second control strategy of the battery electronic expansion valve based on the actual battery inlet water temperature and the target battery inlet water temperature; determining the actual control step number of the battery electronic expansion valve based on the first control step number and the second control step number; and controlling the battery electronic expansion valve based on the actual control step number of the battery electronic expansion valve. Reasonable distribution of refrigerating capacity on the two sides of the air conditioner and the battery can be ensured.

    本申请提供一种空调和电池双制冷系统及其控制方法及控制装置。该控制方法包括:基于电池当前的工作模式和电芯温度确定电池当前的优先等级;获取实际蒸发器温度和电池实际入口水温;基于实际蒸发器温度与目标蒸发器温度之间的蒸发器温度偏差及电池当前的优先等级采用电池电子膨胀阀的第一控制策略来确定电池电子膨胀阀的第一控制步数;基于电池实际入口水温及目标电池入口水温采用电池电子膨胀阀的第二控制策略来确定电池电子膨胀阀的第二控制步数;基于第一控制步数和第二控制步数来确定电池电子膨胀阀的实际控制步数;以及基于电池电子膨胀阀的实际控制步数来对电池电子膨胀阀进行控制。本申请能够确保空调和电池两侧制冷量的合理分配。
