The invention relates to the field of wind power flanges, and particularly discloses an anti-falling mechanism and a lifting appliance for wind power quenching, the anti-falling mechanism is characterized in that a front buckling rod is arranged at the front end of a lifting hook, an anti-falling plate is arranged at the lower end of a lifting handle, and a movable sleeve is arranged on the lower side of a rear fixing plate; the anti-disengaging mechanism and the lifting appliance for wind power quenching have the beneficial effects that a lifting rope is buckled on a lifting hook, then a driven rod is pressed downwards, so that the front end of an anti-disengaging plate is lifted upwards, then a front buckling rod is rotated, a telescopic end is pulled outwards, and the front buckling rod is buckled into an anti-disengaging buckle base; then a rotary knob is rotated to enable a driving rotary column to drive a driven block and a movable sleeve to move downwards through a driving groove until the movable sleeve compresses a driven groove, then a limiting sleeve seat is pulled backwards, an insertion plate is inserted into a mounting seat, finally, the limiting sleeve seat is loosened, and the limiting sleeve seat presses limiting balls into limiting ball grooves through a pressing groove under the action of a limiting spring; and therefore, the upper end of the driven rod is limited, and the anti-falling plate cannot rotate to realize anti-falling reinforcement on the lifting rope in the lifting hook.

    本发明涉及风电法兰领域,具体公开了一种防脱机构及风电淬火用吊具,包括:吊钩前端设置有前扣杆,吊柄下端设置有防脱板,后固定板下侧设置有移动套筒;有益效果为:本发明提出的一种防脱机构及风电淬火用吊具,先将吊绳扣在吊钩上,接着向下压动从动杆,使防脱板的前端向上抬起,再转动前扣杆并向外拉动伸缩端头使前扣杆扣入防脱扣座内,然后旋转旋钮使驱动转柱通过驱动槽带动从动块及移动套筒向下移动直到移动套筒压紧从动槽,接着向后拉动限位套座并将插板插入安装座内,最后松开限位套座,在限位弹簧的作用下限位套座通过压槽将限位滚珠压入限位珠槽内,从而将从动杆的上端限制住并使防脱板无法转动来对吊钩内的吊绳实现防脱加固。
