The invention provides an aircraft avionics product fault diagnosis method and system based on an avionics product problem library, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out the analysis and processing of aircraft avionics product source data, obtaining the processed aircraft avionics product data, and extracting key fields in the aircraft avionics product data as a data set; s2, constructing a knowledge graph model; s3, constructing a fault diagnosis model of the avionics product problem library; and S4, based on the actual problem, inputting the actual problem into the avionics product problem library and outputting a fault diagnosis result. According to the method, fault phenomena are reasoned and mapped to LRU-level fault positions in an interactive mode through knowledge driving based on data extraction, decision support for rapid troubleshooting of maintenance personnel is achieved, response and decision support in the external field troubleshooting process is achieved in an interactive mode, and the fault troubleshooting efficiency is improved. And the fault diagnosis efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供一种基于航电产品问题库的飞机航电产品故障诊断方法及系统,方法具体包括以下步骤:S1、飞机航电产品源数据分析与处理,得到处理后飞机航电产品数据:并提取飞机航电产品数据中的关键字段作为数据集;S2、构建知识图谱模型;S3、构建航电产品问题库的故障诊断模型;S4、基于实际问题,将实际问题输入航电产品问题库并输出故障诊断结果。其面向航电产品地面诊断和排故需求,以交互的方式,通过基于数据抽取的知识驱动,将故障现象推理映射到LRU级的故障位置,实现对机务人员快速排故的决策支持,方法以交互的方式实现外场排故过程中的应答和决策支持,提高故障诊断效率。
