The invention discloses an intelligent detection device for void damage of a towering combined structure based on sound signals, and the device comprises a wall-climbing robot which can walk on the towering combined structure; the wall-climbing robot is provided with an electromagnetic knocking hammer, the electromagnetic knocking hammer is used for exciting a high-definition sound signal, and the wall-climbing robot is further provided with a signal receiver for collecting the sound signal; the control system receives the sound signals collected by the signal receiver, carries out data processing analysis on the collected sound signals, and constructs a three-classification CNN neural network model based on void, health and invalid data; and the wall-climbing robot is combined with a three-classification CNN neural network model and a computing power card to realize real-time void damage state identification in the walking inspection process, and void damage sites are marked. According to the invention, automatic detection and discrimination of the void damage on the surface of the towering composite structure can be realized, the working intensity of personnel on the towering limb structure is greatly reduced, and the safety risk is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于声信号的高耸组合结构脱空损伤智能检测装置,包括爬壁机器人,其可在高耸组合结构上行走;爬壁机器人搭载有电磁敲击锤,利用电磁敲击锤激发高清声信号,爬壁机器人还搭载有信号接收器,以采集声信号;控制系统,其接收所述信号接收器采集的声信号,并对采集的声信号进行数据处理分析,并构建基于脱空、健康及无效数据的三分类卷积CNN神经网络模型;爬壁机器人结合三分类卷积CNN神经网络模型和算力卡,以实现行走巡检过程实时脱空损伤状态识别,并对脱空损伤现场标记。本发明可实现高耸组合结构表面脱空损伤的自动化检测及判别,大幅降低人员在高耸临边结构的作业强度、降低安全风险。
