The invention provides a capacity optimization method for an electric vehicle to participate in standby auxiliary service, belongs to the field of an electric power auxiliary service market, and provides a strategy for scheduling the standby capacity and real-time power of an EV aggregator from the perspective of solving EV charging uncertainty, improving the frequency modulation response level of the EV aggregator and encouraging an EV user to actively participate in service. The method and the device are used for solving the defects of an existing scheduling strategy in the aspect of participating in frequency modulation auxiliary service aiming at flexible resources. The invention provides a risk aversion model for simultaneous participation of EV aggregators in capability and frequency modulation reserve markets. A conditional value-at-risk (CVaR) theory is introduced as a risk index, and a risk cost is quantified as a penalty term to be introduced into an optimization target, so that a risk aversion decision model is established. All possible schemes are uniformly sampled, then polynomial fitting is carried out on results, and an optimal scheduling scheme is obtained by calculating a minimum value obtained after calculation is carried out on scheme reports and corresponding price declarations in corresponding time periods.

    本发明提出了一种电动汽车参与备用辅助服务的容量优化方法,属于电力辅助服务市场领域,从解决EV充电不确定性、提高EV聚合商调频响应水平、鼓励EV用户主动参与服务的角度出发,提出对EV聚合商的备用容量、实时功率调度策略,以解决现有的调度策略在针对灵活性资源参与调频辅助服务方面所存在的不足。本发明提出一种EV聚合商同时参与能力与调频备用市场的风险厌恶模型。引入了条件风险价值(CVaR)理论作为风险指标,通过量化风险成本作为惩罚项引入到优化目标中,从而建立风险厌恶决策模型。通过对所有可能方案进行均匀抽样,继而对结果进行多项式拟合,由对应时段下的各个方案上报以及对应的价格申报进行计算后求得的最小值,得到最优的调度方案。
