According to the component gantry crane and the fine adjustment balance control method thereof, high-precision displacement adjustment of the component is achieved through the fine adjustment device so as to improve the hoisting precision, on the premise that the construction efficiency is improved, the engineering cost is correspondingly reduced, it is guaranteed that the stress of a lifting rope is controllable, and the assembly operation safety performance is improved; the method has important popularization value for installation of large subway stations. The component gantry crane comprises a portal frame, two groups of all-dimensional fine-adjustable hoisting trolley devices are movably arranged at the top of the portal frame, adjustable balance lifting appliances are respectively and vertically suspended by the two groups of all-dimensional fine-adjustable hoisting trolley devices, the adjustable balance lifting appliances are vertically mounted on a cross beam, four groups of lifting appliance force adjusting devices are mounted on the side of the cross beam, and a prefabricated component is suspended by lifting ropes of the lifting appliance force adjusting devices; the omni-directional fine-adjustable hoisting trolley device comprises an upper-layer trolley lifting part and an upper-layer trolley translation mechanism which are borne on the lower-layer trolley running device; and the operation between the upper-layer trolley translation mechanism and the lower-layer trolley operation device is perpendicular to each other in the horizontal direction.

    本发明所述构件龙门吊及其微调平衡控制方法,通过微调装置实现构件高精度位移调节以期提高吊装精度,在满足提高施工效率的前提下相应地减少工程成本、保证吊绳受力可控与提高装配作业安全性能,对于大型地铁车站安装具有重要的推广价值。构件龙门吊包括门架,在门架顶部活动地设置有两组全方位可微调吊重小车装置,两组全方位可微调吊重小车装置分别垂向地悬吊可调节平衡吊具,可调节平衡吊具沿垂向安装于横梁上,横梁侧安装4组吊具调力装置,其吊绳悬吊预制构件;所述的全方位可微调吊重小车装置包括承载于下层小车运行装置上的上层小车起升部分以及上层小车平移机构;上层小车平移机构和下层小车运行装置之间的运行在水平方向上相垂直。
