The invention relates to the technical field of charging piles, and discloses a waterproof charging device capable of avoiding generation of contact arcs, the waterproof charging device comprises a gun body and a pile body, the surface of the gun body is symmetrically provided with two clamping holes, the gun body is internally provided with a pull-out limiting mechanism, and the pull-out limiting mechanism is used for limiting movement of the gun body at an electric vehicle charging interface. The pull-out limiting mechanism comprises a mounting shell, an electromagnet, a liquid bin, a rotating shaft, a fan plate, a through hole, magnetorheological fluid and a rubber wheel; a pull-out limiting mechanism, a waterproof mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a control mechanism and the like are adopted; the problem that charging personnel insert or pull out the charging interface of the electric vehicle when the charging gun is still in a power-on state is solved, so that the condition of contact arc generated by insertion and pull-out of the charging gun in the power-on state can be avoided, and the conditions of personnel injury and vehicle damage are further avoided; in this way, it can be guaranteed that charging personnel can charge the electric vehicle according to the specified charging use steps.

    本发明涉及充电桩的技术领域,且公开了一种避免产生接触电弧的防水式充电装置,包括枪体、桩体,所述枪体的表面对称设置有两个卡孔,枪体的内部设置有限制拔出机构,限制拔出机构用于限制枪体在电动汽车充电接口运动,限制拔出机构包括安装壳、电磁铁、液仓、转轴、扇板、通孔、磁流变液、橡胶轮;通过采用限制拔出机构、防水机构、卡合机构、控制机构等;解决了充电人员在充电枪还处于通电的状况下就进行插入或者拔出电动汽车充电接口的问题,这样就可以避免通电状态下充电枪插拔产生接触电弧的状况,进一步避免人员受伤以及车辆损伤的情况,这样能够保证充电人员可以按照规定的充电使用步骤来对电动汽车进行充电。
