The invention discloses a method for adjusting the shape and position of a seat surface of an automobile seat, which relates to the field of automobile seat adjustment, and comprises the following steps of: performing simulation calculation and biomechanical analysis on each group of human body size data to obtain skeleton torque and muscle activation degree numerical values of a corresponding user; therefore, the optimal seat posture corresponding to each group of human body size data is constructed, a relation model of mapping of the automobile seat pressure characteristic data and the human body shape is established, the human body shape data corresponding to the current user is predicted through the relation model, and when the human body size data group is matched with the human body shape data corresponding to the current user, the optimal seat posture is determined. The optimal seat posture corresponding to the human body size data set is used as the target seat posture, the automobile seat is adjusted based on the seat parameter value of the target seat posture, the human body size data are applied to construction of the optimal seat posture, the factors of human body biomechanics are fully considered, and the human body size data is obtained. Personalized adjustment of the automobile seat is realized based on the human body shape data of the user and the human body biomechanical factors.

    本发明公开了一种汽车座椅椅面形状与位置的调节方法,涉及汽车座椅调整领域,其通过对每一组人体尺寸数据进行仿真计算、生物力学分析,以获取对应用户的骨骼力矩与肌肉激活度数值,从而构建各组人体尺寸数据对应的最优座椅姿态,建立汽车座椅压力特征数据与人体体型映射的关系模型,通过关系模型预测当前用户对应的人体体型数据,并在存在人体尺寸数据组与当前用户对应的人体体型数据匹配时,以该人体尺寸数据组对应的最优座椅姿态为目标座椅姿态,基于目标座椅姿态的座椅参数值调整汽车座椅,其将人体尺寸数据运用到最优座椅姿态的构建中,充分考虑人体生物力学的因素,基于用户人体体型数据、人体生物力学因素实现了对汽车座椅的个性化调整。
