The invention discloses a highway traffic accident identification method based on vehicle bypass overtaking, and mainly solves the problem that in the prior art, abnormal vehicles cannot be effectively detected and continuously tracked in a complex scene of highway congestion. According to the implementation scheme, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a highway traffic accident monitoring video; performing target detection and tracking on each frame of the video; screening and judging the vehicles which are static for more than a set time length, and generating a potential abnormal area; updating the number of times that the potential abnormal area is bypassed and overtaken, and changing the potential abnormal area into an abnormal area when the number of times that the potential abnormal area is bypassed and overtaken reaches the set number of times; screening the potential abnormal areas and the abnormal areas, and deleting false abnormal areas; matching the abnormal area with a static vehicle to determine an abnormal vehicle; and according to the abnormal vehicle, carrying out visual display in the monitoring video and sending out an alarm. The method is high in universality and low in false detection rate and omission rate, can effectively detect abnormal vehicles, and can be used for highway management.

    本发明公开了一种基于车辆绕行超车的高速公路交通事故识别方法,主要解决了现有技术在高速路拥挤的复杂场景下,不能有效检测和持续追踪到异常车辆的问题。其实现方案为:获取高速公路交通事故监控视频;对视频的每一帧进行目标检测和追踪;对静止超过设定时长的车辆进行筛选和判断,产生潜在异常区域;更新潜在异常区域被绕行超车的次数,当潜在异常区域被绕行超车达到设定的次数后,将其变更为异常区域;对潜在异常区域和异常区域进行筛选,删除假异常区域;将异常区域和静止车辆进行匹配,确定出异常车辆;根据异常车辆,在监控视频中进行可视化显示并发出警告。本发明普适性高,误检率和漏检率低,能有效检测出异常车辆,可用于高速公路管理。
