The invention discloses a propeller blade middle fatigue test piece root reinforcing structure which comprises a clamping hoop clamped at the connection position of a metal propeller root jacket and a composite material propeller body; and the composite material reinforcing laying layer is arranged in the clamping hoop and wraps the connecting position. The composite material reinforcing laying layer and the clamping hoop in the structural form can realize gradual rigidity transition, eliminate stress concentration at the root of the paddle, enable the root of the paddle to bear a larger load, avoid the influence of the large load in the middle of the paddle on the root of the paddle, improve the fatigue test efficiency and reduce the fatigue test cost. The reinforcing structure has great practical application value.

    本发明公开了一种螺旋桨桨叶中部疲劳试验件根部加固结构,包括:夹紧箍,夹紧箍夹紧在金属桨根外套与复合材料桨身的连接位置处;复合材料加固铺层,复合材料加固铺层置于夹紧箍内,且包裹于连接位置处。该种结构形式的复合材料加固铺层和夹紧箍可以实现刚度逐渐过渡,消除了桨叶根部的应力集中,能够使桨叶根部可以承载较大载荷,避免了桨叶中部大载荷对桨叶根部的影响,提高了疲劳试验效率,该种加固结构具有极大的实际应用价值。
