When outer tire air chambers isolated from the left side and the right side of an inner supporting column are inflated through branch pipes of an air injection pipe, vacuum air chambers on the left side and the right side of the inner supporting column are inflated at the same time under the cooperation of one-way valve plates, so that when the side tire face of an outer tire is damaged and burst, sufficient supporting force is provided through the vacuum air chambers, and the tire can be continuously used; the one-way valve plate can prevent air in the vacuum air chamber from flowing backwards into the outer tire, so that the air in the vacuum air chamber is kept full, and the problem that the supporting force is insufficient after the tire leaks air is solved.

    本发明提供一种超载重防爆轮胎,涉及防爆轮胎领域,包括:主轮辋;所述主轮辋外侧套接有外胎,外胎和主轮辋之间等距离设有内支撑柱,内支撑柱左右两侧壁上连接有保持圈,内支撑柱左右侧壁中呈三角状分布安装有单向阀片,内支撑柱内部由注气管贯穿连接,主轮辋左右两侧均固定连接有防脱压盘;通过注气管的分支管向内支撑柱左右两侧隔离的外胎气室充气时,在单向阀片的配合下同时向内支撑柱左右两侧的真空气室中进行充气,以便在外胎的侧胎面发生破损爆裂时,通过真空气室提供足够的支撑力,有利于轮胎能够继续使用,通过单向阀片能够防止真空气室中的气倒灌到外胎中,从而保持真空气室内部气的充盈,解决了轮胎漏气后支撑力不足的问题。
