The invention relates to the technical field of offshore wind plant safety equipment, and discloses floating type offshore wind plant external ship detection equipment and method.The floating type offshore wind plant external ship detection equipment comprises a data processing unit and a communication system, the data processing unit and the communication system are installed above a power system and located at the highest position of the device, and the power system is installed in the center of a floating device; a plurality of sensors are mounted around the floating device to form a sensor system; a fixed connector is mounted on the side surface of the floating device; the sensor system is in information connection with the data processing unit, and the communication system is connected with a central control station of the offshore wind plant. In order to solve the problems that manual patrol is insufficient, sea area complexity is high, a VTS system is limited, communication lags and the like exist in existing sea area ship activity monitoring, comprehensive monitoring and early warning of the sea area ship activity are achieved through a multi-sensor system, a data processing unit, an efficient communication technology and other means, and the sea area ship activity is monitored in a real-time mode. Therefore, the safety and the operation efficiency of the offshore wind power plant are improved.

    本发明涉及海上风电场安全设备技术领域,公开了一种漂浮式海上风电场外来船舶探测设备及方法,包括数据处理单元和通信系统安装在电源系统上方,位于装置最高处,电源系统安装在漂浮装置正中央,漂浮装置四周安装若干传感器构成传感器系统,漂浮装置侧面安装有固定连接口;传感器系统与数据处理单元信息接通,通信系统与海上风电场的中心控制站连接。现有的监测海域船舶活动存在人工巡逻不足、海域复杂性高、VTS系统受限、通信滞后等不足,为了解决这些问题,本发明通过多传感器系统、数据处理单元和高效通信技术等手段,实现了对海域船舶活动的全面监测和预警,从而提高了海上风电场的安全性和运营效率。
