The invention relates to a lifting device based on a locking sleeve hydraulic cylinder and a control system and method.The lifting device comprises a lifting tower, the lifting tower comprises a plurality of tower bodies which are sequentially arranged in a sleeved mode and are in sliding fit, the tower body on the lowest side is a first-stage tower body, and the stages of the other tower bodies are sequentially increased from bottom to top; a locking sleeve hydraulic cylinder is arranged between the first-stage tower body and the second-stage tower body, transmission mechanisms distributed in the circumferential direction are arranged among the three adjacent tower bodies respectively, the three adjacent tower bodies correspond to an n-stage tower body, an (n + 1)-stage tower body and an (n + 2)-stage tower body, n is larger than or equal to 1, each transmission mechanism comprises a pulley and a steel wire rope, the pulleys are installed at the tops of the (n + 1)-stage tower bodies through wheel carriers, and the steel wire ropes are connected with the pulleys through steel wire ropes. One end of the steel wire rope is fixed to the bottom of the n-stage tower body, the other end of the steel wire rope bypasses the pulley and is fixed to the bottom of the n + 2-stage tower body, and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to control, reliable in locking, good in stability and high in practicability; the control system and method have the advantages of being convenient to control, safe and reliable.

    本发明涉及一种基于锁紧套液压缸的升降装置及其控制系统和方法,升降装置包括升降塔,升降塔包括依次套设并滑动配合的多个塔体,最下侧的塔体为一级塔体,其余塔体的级数由下至上依次递增,一级塔体和二级塔体之间设有锁紧套液压缸,相邻的三个塔体之间分别设有沿周向分布的传动机构,相邻的三个塔体对应为n级塔体、n+1级塔体和n+2级塔体,n≥1,传动机构包括滑轮和钢丝绳,滑轮通过轮架安装在n+1级塔体的顶部,钢丝绳的一端固定在n级塔体的底部,钢丝绳的另一端绕过滑轮并固定在n+2级塔体的底部,其具有结构简单、控制方便、锁紧可靠、稳定性好、实用性强的优点;控制系统和方法具有控制方便、安全可靠的优点。
