The invention discloses a control method and device of a telescopic boom forklift loader and the telescopic boom forklift loader, and relates to the technical field of telescopic boom forklift loaders. The control method of the telescopic boom forklift loader comprises the following steps that whether a ramp exists in front of a vehicle or not is detected in real time, if yes, the vehicle is controlled to reduce the speed, and meanwhile whether the gradient of the ramp is smaller than or equal to the vehicle approach angle or not is judged; if yes, the horizontal distance between the current boom and the ramp is detected, and whether the horizontal distance is larger than or equal to the safe distance or not is judged; if yes, whether the current tipping angle of the vehicle is larger than or equal to the ramp safety angle or not is judged, the ramp safety angle is equal to the ramp gradient multiplied by the safety coefficient, and the safety coefficient is 1.2-2; if yes, the vehicle is controlled to execute the uphill action; and if not, controlling the vehicle to brake. By means of the control method of the telescopic boom forklift loader, safe uphill of the telescopic boom forklift loader is achieved, and working efficiency and man-machine safety are improved.

    本发明公开了一种伸缩臂叉装车的控制方法、其控制装置及伸缩臂叉装车,涉及伸缩臂叉装车技术领域。伸缩臂叉装车的控制方法包括以下步骤:实时检测车辆前方是否有坡道,若是,则控制车辆减小车速,同时判断坡道坡度是否小于等于车辆接近角;若是,则检测当前臂架与坡道之间的水平距离,并判断水平距离是否大于等于安全距离;若是,则判断车辆的当前倾翻角是否大于等于坡道安全角,坡道安全角等于坡道坡度乘以安全系数,安全系数为1.2~2;若是,则控制车辆执行上坡动作;若否,则控制车辆制动。该伸缩臂叉装车的控制方法实现了伸缩臂叉装车的安全上坡,提高工作效率和人机安全性。
