The invention discloses a wing noise control device and control method based on jet flow coupling sawteeth, which is based on a wing noise passive control structure formed by a sawtooth group located at the tail edge of a wing, and is characterized in that a wing noise active control structure is arranged in a wing cavity; the wing noise active control structure is an active air path control structure, an air pipe is arranged in a wing cavity, one end of the air pipe is communicated with the hollow sawteeth in the sawtooth set, the other end of the air pipe is communicated with an external air source, and the external air source introduces air flow into the hollow sawteeth in the sawtooth set through the air pipe. Tooth top holes and tooth root holes of sawteeth are used as jet flow holes, tooth top jet flow and tooth root jet flow are formed in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and active control over wing noise is achieved. Compared with a single active or passive control method, a more remarkable noise reduction effect can be achieved in a full frequency range and under full working conditions, the acoustic performance of the wing is further improved, energy consumption is lower, reliability is high, and operation is easy.

    本发明公开了一种基于射流耦合锯齿的机翼噪声控制装置及控制方法,是基于由位于机翼尾缘的锯齿组形成的机翼噪声被动控制结构,在机翼空腔内设置机翼噪声主动控制结构;机翼噪声主动控制结构为一主动气路控制结构,是在机翼空腔内设置气管,气管的一端与锯齿组中的空心锯齿相连通,气管的另一端与外接气源相连通,外接气源通过气管向锯齿组中的空心锯齿引入气流,以锯齿的齿尖孔和齿根孔为射流孔,一一对应形成齿尖射流和齿根射流,实现机翼噪声主动控制。本发明相较于单一主动或被动控制方法,能够实现全频率范围和全工况下更显著的降噪效果,进一步提升机翼的声学性能,且能量消耗更低,可靠性高和操作简单。
