The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation efficiency adjusting devices, and particularly relates to an efficiency adjusting electric device. The three-position adjusting device is used for providing a neutral bright area in a limited space, meanwhile, the stroke of the bright area is easy to adjust, and an enough bright area can be provided so that a pilot can find the neutral position easily. The electric device is compact in structure, small in size and high in reliability, and can be widely applied to the structural design of an effect-adjusting electric device for joystick force and flight control systems to participate in automatic balancing of airplanes.
