The invention provides a high-altitude balloon issuing method and a composite high-altitude balloon, and the high-altitude balloon issuing method comprises the steps: putting a high-altitude balloon into a windproof air bag, and sequentially connecting the high-altitude balloon, a knot cable and a pod; winch pull ropes are arranged on the peripheral side of the windproof air bag, and cutters are arranged on the winch pull ropes respectively; air is inflated into the windproof air bag, helium is inflated into the high-altitude balloon, and the pressure difference between the windproof air bag and the high-altitude balloon is controlled to be within a preset pressure difference range after inflation is completed; releasing the windproof airbag and synchronously releasing the winch pull rope; when the distance between the pod and the ground is larger than the first safety height, a cutter is used for cutting the winch pull rope; and when the distance between the pod and the ground is larger than the second safety height, the windproof air bag is detached to be separated from the high-altitude balloon. According to the high-altitude balloon issuing method and the composite high-altitude balloon, the problems that in the prior art, high-altitude balloons are poor in wind resistance and prone to damage in the issuing process are solved.

    本发明提供一种高空气球发放方法与复合高空气球,高空气球发放方法包括:将高空气球装进防风气囊内,并依次连接高空气球、结缆以及吊舱;在防风气囊的周侧布设绞盘拉绳,在各绞盘拉绳上分别设置切割器;向防风气囊内充入空气,向高空气球内充入氦气,充气完毕后控制防风气囊与高空气球的压差在预设压差范围内;释放防风气囊并同步释放绞盘拉绳;待吊舱离地距离大于第一安全高度,使用切割器切割绞盘拉绳;待吊舱离地距离大于第二安全高度,拆卸防风气囊以使防风气囊从高空气球上脱离。本发明提供的高空气球发放方法与复合高空气球旨在解决传统技术中高空气球在发放过程中抗风能力较弱、容易损坏的问题。
