The invention discloses a micro-grid low-carbon economic dispatching method and system considering an electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a carbon storage equipment model, and constructing a source side flexible operation mode which takes the carbon storage equipment model as a hub to connect a carbon capture system and a power-to-gas system; an electric vehicle, a thermal load and an electric load are adopted as demand response resources, and a load side flexible operation mode is constructed; and cooperatively operating the source-side flexible operation mode and the load-side flexible operation mode, and establishing a low-carbon economic dispatching model with the minimum cost of the micro-grid system as a dispatching target. According to the method, the source-side flexible operation mode and the load-side flexible operation mode are cooperatively operated, the energy time shifting advantage of the source-side carbon capture and power-to-gas system can be fully played, and the load-side flexible resources are combined to participate in the demand-side response, so that the source-load cooperative mutual aid is effectively realized, the wind power consumption is promoted, and the low-carbon performance and the economic benefit of the micro-grid are improved; meanwhile, the benefits of electric vehicle users are increased, and win-win is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种计及电动汽车的微电网低碳经济调度方法及系统,方法包括:建立储碳设备模型,构建以储碳设备模型为枢纽连接碳捕集系统和电转气系统的源侧灵活运行模式;采用电动汽车、热负荷和电负荷作为需求响应资源,构建荷侧灵活运行模式;协同运行源侧灵活运行模式和荷侧灵活运行模式,建立以微电网系统成本最小为调度目标的低碳经济调度模型。上述方法协同运行源侧灵活运行模式和荷侧灵活运行模式,能够充分发挥源侧碳捕集和电转气系统的能量时移优势,结合荷侧灵活性资源参与需求侧响应,有效实现“源‑荷”协同互济,促进风电消纳,提高微电网低碳性能和经济效益,同时增加电动汽车用户收益,实现双赢。
