The invention discloses a railway vehicle height valve fault prediction method and device and a computer storage medium. The method comprises the steps that whether a railway vehicle meets height valve prediction conditions or not is judged; if yes, the same-side air spring pressure values of the two bogies on the same compartment in the sampling period are recorded respectively, and the same-side air spring pressure average value is obtained through calculation according to the same-side air spring pressure values; and calculating and predicting the height valve clamping stagnation fault of the railway vehicle according to the difference value of the pressure average values of the air springs on the same side. According to the altitude valve fault prediction method provided by the invention, other non-altitude valve fault factors causing pressure difference abnormity can be eliminated, a vehicle control system can conveniently predict and find potential fault problems of the altitude valve on the railway vehicle early, maintenance measures can be conveniently taken in advance, the operation safety and reliability of the railway vehicle are improved, and the reliability of the railway vehicle is improved. And the method has relatively high timeliness and practicability.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆高度阀故障预测方法、装置及计算机存储介质,该方法包括:判断轨道车辆是否满足高度阀预测条件;若是,则分别记录采样周期内同一车厢上两个转向架的同侧空簧压力值,根据所述同侧空簧压力值分别计算得到同侧空簧压力平均值;计算并根据所述同侧空簧压力平均值的差值,预测所述轨道车辆发生高度阀卡滞故障。本发明提供的高度阀故障预测方法,可以排除其它导致压力差异常的非高度阀故障因素,方便车辆控制系统较早预测和发现轨道车辆上高度阀潜在的故障问题,便于提前采取维护措施,提高轨道车辆的运营安全性和可靠性,具有较强的时效性和实用性。
