The invention discloses a heat management system for an extended-range new energy vehicle, and relates to the technical field of extended-range electric vehicles. The plate heat exchanger comprises a first flow channel, a second flow channel and a third flow channel which are distributed in parallel; the cooling water pump is connected with the third flow channel in series; the input end of the condenser is connected with the compressor; a low-temperature heat sink; a range extender radiator; a warm air core; an evaporator core; a water heating PTC; the first end of the first four-way valve is connected with the output end of the warm air core body, the second end is connected with the water heating PTC, the third end is connected with the low-temperature radiator, and the fourth end is in electric control connection with the driving motor; the first end of the second four-way valve is connected with the second flow channel, the second end is connected with the cooling water pump, the third end is connected with the range extender radiator, and the fourth end is connected with the range extender. The system can improve the waste heat utilization rate and the cooling efficiency of heating parts of the extended-range electric vehicle, and meanwhile, improves the comfort of a passenger compartment of the vehicle.

    本发明公开了增程式新能源车热管理系统,涉及增程式电动车技术领域,其包括:压缩机;板式换热器,其包括并联分布的第一流道、第二流道以及第三流道;冷却水泵,其与第三流道串联;冷凝器,其输入端与压缩机连接;低温散热器;增程器散热器;暖风芯体;蒸发器芯体;水加热PTC;第一四通阀,其第一端与暖风芯体的输出端连接、第二端与水加热PTC连接、第三端与低温散热器连接、第四端与驱动电机电控连接;第二四通阀,其第一端与第二流道连接、第二端与冷却水泵连接、第三端与增程器散热器连接、第四端与增程器连接。本系统可提高增程式电动汽车的发热零件的余热量利用率及发热部件的冷却效率,同时提高车辆乘员舱的舒适度。
