The invention discloses direct-current charging equipment and method for an electric vehicle. The direct-current charging equipment comprises a master machine and a plurality of slave machines matched with the master machine, the sub-machine comprises an AC-to-DC circuit and a first interface assembly, and can be independently used to realize DC charging. The master machine is provided with a plurality of slots matched with the slave machines, and each slot is internally provided with a second interface assembly; when each sub-machine is inserted into the slot of the master machine, the first interface assembly is in butt joint with the second interface assembly, so that the AC-to-DC circuit of each sub-machine is connected to the circuit of the master machine to realize integration, and the master machine can be used as a whole to realize DC charging; one machine has multiple purposes, and multiple power direct current charging modes are realized; charging anxiety is relieved; external direct-current fast and slow charging is achieved, OBC is not needed, the development cost of the whole automobile can be saved, and potential quality hazards of the automobile are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车直流充电设备及方法,包括母机和若干与母机配合的子机;子机包括交流转直流电路和第一接口组件,可独立使用实现直流充电;母机设有多个与所述子机匹配的插槽,每个插槽内设有第二接口组件;当各子机插入母机的插槽内,第一接口组件与第二接口组件对接,以使子机的交流转直流电路接入母机的电路实现整合,母机可整体使用实现直流充电;一机多用,实现多种功率直流充电模式;缓解充电焦虑;实现外置直流快慢充,无需经过OBC,可以节省整车开发成本,减少了汽车质量隐患。
