The anchor hanging prevention system comprises a tower crane body, a cargo boom, a trolley arranged on the cargo boom, a steel wire rope arranged on the trolley and a lifting hook located on the steel wire rope, a weight sensor is arranged on a pulley of the trolley, the steel wire rope is wound on the pulley, the weight sensor is electrically connected with a tower crane PLC, and the lifting hook is electrically connected with the tower crane PLC. The tower crane PLC is electrically connected with the display screen; the display screen is provided with a weight value display frame, a torque display frame, a judgment time display frame and a plurality of high-speed section and low-speed section calibration keys with the weight interval of 1 ton; a weight value signal detected by the weight sensor is transmitted to the tower crane PLC, and the tower crane PLC transmits the weight value signal to the display screen; the torque is transmitted to a tower crane PLC through the current I, the voltage U, the rotating speed n and the power factor COS phi of the lifting frequency converter, and the tower crane PLC calculates the real-time torque through the formula that the power P is equal to 1.732 * U * I * COS phi, and the torque T is equal to 9550 * P/n; and once the torque is larger than the threshold value, the tower crane PLC judges that the lifting hook has the anchor hanging phenomenon, and the tower crane PLC stops gear output and brakes the lifting motor.

    本发明公开一种塔机的防锚挂系统及方法,包括塔机本体、起重臂、设置于起重臂上的小车、设置于小车上的钢丝绳以及位于钢丝绳上的吊钩,所述小车的滑轮上设有重量传感器,钢丝绳绕于滑轮上,重量传感器电性连接塔机PLC,塔机PLC电性连接显示屏;所述显示屏上设有重量值显示框、转矩显示框、判断时间显示框和若干个重量间隔为1吨的快速段及慢速段标定键;重量传感器检测到的重量值信号传输给塔机PLC,塔机PLC传输给显示屏;转矩由起升变频器的电流I、电压U、转速n、功率因数COSф传输给塔机PLC,塔机PLC通过公式:功率P=1.732*U*I*COSф,转矩T=9550*P/n,计算出实时转矩;一旦转矩大于阈值时,塔机PLC判定吊钩有锚挂现象,塔机PLC停止档位输出并进行起升电机制动。
