The invention discloses a driving right distribution method and device, equipment and a medium. The driving right distribution method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first weight and a second weight corresponding to a driver driving a target vehicle in a previous time period; the first weight is the weight of the target vehicle responding to the manual operation signal of the driver, and the second weight is the weight of the target vehicle responding to the automatic operation signal of the intelligent driving system; determining a corresponding first weight and a second weight when the driver drives the target vehicle in the current time period; the current time period is adjacent to the previous time period; and according to the first weight and the second weight corresponding to the previous time period and the current time period respectively, determining the driving right distribution of the target vehicle in the next time period from driver independent driving, intelligent driving system independent driving and man-machine joint driving. According to the method, the driving right can be automatically distributed, manual operation of a driver is not needed, the potential safety hazard that the driver is distracted to drive is avoided, and high switching real-time performance and safety are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种驾驶权分配方法、装置、设备和介质,包括:获取驾驶员在上一时间段驾驶目标车辆时对应的第一权重和第二权重;第一权重为目标车辆响应驾驶员的手动操作信号的权值,第二权重为目标车辆响应智能驾驶系统的自动操作信号的权值;确定驾驶员在当前时间段驾驶目标车辆时对应的第一权重和第二权重;当前时间段与上一时间段相邻;根据上一时间段和当前时间段分别对应的第一权重和第二权重,从驾驶员单独驾驶、智能驾驶系统单独驾驶以及人机共同驾驶中确定出目标车辆在下一时间段的驾驶权分配。本发明可以进行驾驶权自动分配,不需要驾驶员手动操作,避免了驾驶员分心驾驶的安全隐患,保证了切换的实时性和安全性较高。
