In order to solve the problem that a brake cylinder cannot be completely separated after the state of the pump-controlled cylinder brake system is converted, the state conversion process control method for the pump-controlled cylinder brake system is provided, two control modes based on a force controller and a position controller are set, the conversion mode of the two control modes is set, and the state conversion process of the pump-controlled cylinder brake system is achieved. Accurate control over the state switching process of the braking system is achieved. The method effectively solves the problem of control strategy design in the state conversion process of the pump control cylinder brake system.

    本发明针对泵控缸制动系统状态转换后,制动缸无法完全脱离的问题,提出一种泵控缸制动系统状态转换过程控制方法,通过设置基于力控制器和基于位置控制器的两种控制模式,设定两种控制模式的转换方式,实现制动系统状态转换过程的准确控制。该发明有效解决了泵控缸制动系统状态转换过程控制策略设计问题。
