The invention relates to the technical field of tires, in particular to a tire bead structure of a tire and a preparation method. The tire bead structure comprises a first steel wire ring, a second steel wire ring and a tire body cord fabric; the first steel wire ring and the second steel wire ring are arranged in parallel and are both provided with smooth outer contours, the first steel wire ring is located on the side, close to the tire body cord fabric, of the second steel wire ring, and a gap is formed between the two steel wire rings; the end part of the tire body cord fabric bypasses the first steel wire ring and is embedded into the gap, and the tire body cord fabric is clamped in the gap by the two steel wire rings; the end part, bypassing the first steel wire ring, of the tire body cord fabric is a turn-up endpoint; and the turn-up endpoint is positioned on the inner sides of the two steel wire rings in the radial direction. According to the invention, the problems of tire burst, laddering burst, anti-package end point cracking and the like caused by cutting off the tire body by the steel wire ring are solved.

    本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,尤其涉及一种轮胎的胎圈结构及制备方法。胎圈结构包括:第一钢丝圈、第二钢丝圈和胎体帘布;所述第一钢丝圈和第二钢丝圈并列布置且均具有光滑外轮廓,所述第一钢丝圈位于第二钢丝圈的靠近所述胎体帘布一侧,且两个钢丝圈之间具有缝隙;所述胎体帘布的端部绕过所述第一钢丝圈并嵌入所述缝隙内,且两个钢丝圈将所述胎体帘布夹紧在所述缝隙内;所述胎体帘布绕过所述第一钢丝圈的端部为反包端点,所述反包端点在径向上位于两个钢丝圈的内侧。通过本发明解决了钢丝圈切断胎体导致爆胎、抽丝爆、反包端点裂口等问题。
