The invention relates to a novel four-section centering type joint turnout, which is one of key technologies of a monorail traffic system and a medium-low speed maglev traffic system and is used for realizing line turning and turn-back operation of a vehicle in a driving process and a shunting effect of the vehicle in a base or a parking lot. A set of new design concept and scheme is provided for a turnout driving mechanism and a turnout beam connecting structure, the driving mechanism adopts a four-section centering form, that is, four sections of turnout beams have respective rotation centers; a T-shaped shaft structure is omitted, a novel turnout beam hinge structure is designed, reliable force transmission between turnout beams is ensured, and the defects existing in the prior art are effectively overcome. The track switch driving mechanism has the advantages that the track switch driving mechanism is simple and small in driving force, and the four track switch beams have respective rotation centers; and secondly, a T-shaped shaft structure is omitted, so that standardized design and batch manufacturing are facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种新型四段定心式关节道岔,其为单轨交通系统、中低速磁浮交通系统的关键技术之一,实现车辆在行驶过程中的转线、折返运行及车辆在基地或停车场内的调车作用。对道岔驱动机构和道岔梁连接结构提出一套新的设计理念和方案,该驱动机构采用四段定心形式,即四段道岔梁均有各自的回转中心;取消了T型轴结构,设计一套新型道岔梁铰接结构,确保道岔梁之间的可靠传力,有效解决了现有发明存在的不足。优点:一是道岔驱动机构简单且驱动力小、四段道岔梁均有各自的回转中心;二是取消了T型轴结构,有利于标准化设计和批量制造。
