The invention discloses an aircraft multi-gas-cylinder centralized oxygen supply system, a high-pressure oxygen filling end of an oxygen cylinder assembly is communicated with an oxygen filling port through a first oxygen filling pipe, a second four-way connector, a third oxygen filling pipe, a first four-way connector and a second oxygen filling pipe, and during oxygen filling, after ground oxygen filling equipment is in butt joint with the oxygen filling port, the oxygen cylinder assembly can be filled with oxygen; the low-pressure oxygen supply end of the oxygen bottle assembly is communicated with a sixth oxygen supply pipe through a first oxygen supply pipe, a first oxygen supply tee joint, a second oxygen supply pipe, an oxygen supply cross joint, a third oxygen supply pipe, a fourth oxygen supply pipe and a fifth oxygen supply pipe, and oxygen at the low-pressure end in the oxygen bottle assembly is connected together in series. Oxygen in the oxygen bottle assembly is supplied to the unit and passengers through a second oxygen supply pipe; the pressure relief end of the oxygen bottle assembly communicates a high-pressure protection valve and a release valve on the oxygen bottle assembly through a pressure relief branch pipe, a pressure relief four-way joint and a pressure relief header pipe; and once the gas in the oxygen bottle assembly exceeds the limit pressure value specified by the design, safe pressure relief is carried out.
